Perform24 launched in 2014 and we’ve been building specialized training programs every day since.
We work with local South Tampa adults looking to build a long-term active lifestyle, athletes in the MLB and the NFL, as well as state and nationally ranked high school athletes.
We help our clients solve tough physical problems and accomplish impressive goals.
The Perform24 Mission
The Perform24 mission is to teach you to use your physical routines as an anchor to your initiatives outside the weight room.
Our logo is a visual representation of this mission.
Our logo contains two equal parts.
The Icon
The Name
The Icon is designed to look like an audio equalizer. Think about the “sliders,” that a DJ is adjusting during a show. In our icon, each slider represents a priority of your life. The Five Priorities are Physical, Personal, Professional, Psychological, and Purpose.
The Name Perform24 represents the 24 hours that every single one of us have in a day. Ideally, we want your Five Priorities set to levels that promote flow and allow you to perform at a high level all areas of life.
Each and every one of us will have these Priorities (sliders) “turned up,” or “turned down,” to our own unique levels. Stage of life, season of life, micro circumstances and macro goals will all influence our current levels of sliders.
At Perform24, we help you own your Physical Priority. We will train hard and get your body clicking on all cylinders.
We fully accept that life is in constant motion. From athletes to attorneys, our days are full of uncontrollable events, elements, and dynamics. However, it is our fundamental belief that we do have control over our physical habits and routines. As we intentionally put effort into controlling what we can control, we believe we can be more prepared, insulated, and capable of moving the needle in our respective arenas.
If we are off track, it is helpful to use this visualization to identify which Priority may be too high or too low.
This is the Perform24 mission.
Physical.
Your Physical Priority includes all the factors that contribute to your health. How you train, how you eat. This is the only truly controllable Priority.
Personal.
Your Personal Priority includes your relationships and how you spend personal time. Friends, family, and hobbies fall under your Personal Priority.
Professional.
Your current job (or school) and all the factors that influence your overall career arc are the variables that culminate in your Professional Priority.
Psychological.
Your Psychological Priority is how you are taking care of your mind. How are you resting or reflecting? What are you learning, exploring or creating?
Purpose.
The final and most important Priority is your Purpose. Your Purpose is the culmination of all the previous four priorities. To go back to our DJ analogy, if a DJ has all his “sliders,” balanced, the resulting sound will be clear and beautiful. The same is for our Priorities. Our Physical, Personal, Professional, and Psychological lives should all be balanced to drive our overall Purpose forward.
