Integrated 1-on-1 Training

At Perform24 we have the resources to build truly unique training programs. Because of this, 95% of our training is done in our Integrated Training format. This option is our version of 1-on-1 training, and it allows us to cater our skills to the specific goals of a variety of clients. For example, our Integrated Model includes:

  • Local Adults

  • High School Athletes

  • Clients with injuries or specific training goals

  • Busy clients with sporadic schedules and limited availability

Each client we work with is evaluated on a variety of factors. Training Goals, Training History, Injury History, Timeline, and Movement Deficiency are some of the topics we cover. Based on the information we discuss in your evaluation, we write your first Training Phase. No program is the same, but each phase is intense, intentional, and designed to fit around your timelines. Elements that we design into your program can include:

  • Strength

  • Mobility

  • Conditioning

  • Injury Prevention (Prehabs)

  • Movement Technique (Speed and Agility)

  • Trigger Points (Soft Tissue Quality)

Professional Athlete Offseason Training

Perform24 is uniquely equipped to serve professional athletes. We've trained athletes in the NFL, MLB, PGA, and LPGA. Most notably, our work with our professional baseball athletes have produced significant results.

Professional baseball players have been spending their offseason training at Perform24 for five years. We have now helped the progression of multiple players from Single A all the way to the Big Show. Our facility includes a full weight room, 35 yards of turf, four indoor batting cages, a regulation size clay infield, and 5 acres of grass for movement training and long toss. Perform24 is truly a special home to prepare athletes for the long, grueling season.
