Perform24 Foundations

P24 Foundations is a 4 Session “Mini Phase” that includes our EVAL and 3 specific training sessions.

Session 1 of Foundations. Eval!

This is our most important session, and teaches us the most about you, your history, and your goals.

Session 2, 3, and 4 of Foundations.

Train through 3 specific sessions, and cover all major movement patterns. We learn baseline capacity and limitations.

We compile all the info from Foundations and design YOUR training program.

During our Session 1 Eval, we will get caught up to speed on your injury history, training history, training objectives and relevant timelines. We will also go through a movement analysis and finish with a short training session.

Sessions 2, 3, and 4 of Foundations are true Perform24 training sessions. We’ll coach you through our typical session structure and observe all your major movement patterns. Additionally, you’ll learn and feel exactly how our system operates.

Is P24 Foundations too easy?

The short answer is no. This process does not necessarily mean “introduction,” or “basics,” in the weight room.

We have taken both true beginners and highly experienced athletes through Foundations. In fact, the more training experience you have, the more valuable Foundations will be.

During our four Foundations sessions, we gain physical context on where you’ve been, where you want to go, and where you’re currently at.

P24 Foundations is a thorough protocol to give us the information we need to build an efficient and effective Phase 1 training program. And, YOU have an opportunity to test the Perform24 experience. This is intended to be a true two-way evaluation.

What happens after P24 Foundations?

Part of our onboard process is to explain how our training model works moving forward. You’ll receive our training pricing, our scheduling protocol, and have full freedom to make a decision that’s best for you.

What if P24 Foundations is a waste of time?

If you don’t learn anything during your four sessions with us, or if we don’t believe we can build you a relevant training program, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. No strings attached.

Can I skip P24 Foundations?

We have encountered scenarios (mostly with competitive athletes) that require a tight timeline. In those cases, we don’t always have time to complete 4 full sessions. In those circumstances, we opt for an alternative Eval process. However, 99% of the time, the four Foundations sessions are actually the most efficient way to make progress.
