P24 Youth Performance Group

This is a training program, specifically designed for Middle School Athletes.

Our objective with our youth athletes is to begin building fundamental movement patterns and help create long-term training habits and routines. The group option is great for our younger athletes, as they have opportunities to compete, collaborate, and visually watch one another move.

Upcoming Program Duration: Monday, April 22nd - Thursday, May 23rd.

Days Offered: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Times Offered: 4:30p and 5:30p

*You can choose to train with us 1x/week, 2x/week, 3x/week or attend a drop in session.

What does this Program Include?

This is a comprehensive Training Program. These training sessions are already programmed, and each day will emphasize a specific movement pattern and training theme. You have the option to attend 1x/week, 2x/week, or 3x/week.

Collectively, the Training will cover

  • All major strength patterns (squat, lunge variations, upper pressing and pulling, etc)

  • Plyometric variations (linear, lateral, multi-direction, single leg, etc)

  • Proper core tension and posture

  • Upper and lower body mobility

  • Introduction to proper running mechanics

What age of athlete does this program serve?

9-12 years old

What sport is this program for?

This is not a sport-specific training program. This is a well-rounded and highly transferable training structure. Regardless of your athletes’ sport or position, we are confident they will learn something new that applies to their sport. Some of our current athletes are competing in

  • baseball

  • football

  • soccer

  • golf

  • lacrosse

  • swimming

  • crew

  • equestrian


Over the years, we’ve worked with some of the best youth athletes in the Tampa area.

Some of our athletes have accomplished major recognition

  • Division 1 scholarships

  • Nationally ranked in their event, or at their position

  • Drafted by a professional sports team

  • Completed US Military Special Forces Selection

Likewise, many of our young athletes do not formally compete at the next level.

However, most of them do maintain regular training. For most modern college students, a self-maintained training routine is impressive.

Regardless of our young athlete’s physical talent or potential competitive arena, we have developed a handful of training principles that we apply to each program.

Our job is to meet the athlete where they are on their competitive path, and simultaneously challenge them and introduce them to the weight room in a way they may value for a lifetime.
