Project: Speed helps young athletes build the movement skills that become the foundation for every sport.
Through fun, engaging sessions, athletes improve coordination, balance, speed, strength, and confidence while learning how to enjoy training. Our small-group environment encourages teamwork, accountability, and positive coaching that keeps kids excited to come back each week.
Designed for athletes 5-8yrs old.
Perfect for first-time athletes and young athletes learning the fundamentals of movement.

It’s a fun, high-energy program designed to teach young kids how to move properly. We focus on coordination, speed, agility, and running mechanics.

We cap the sessions at 12 athletes. We keep the groups small so kids get personal attention and feel comfortable learning new things.

Yes absolutely. Most parents stay and watch, but it is not required.

Unfortunately, no. Our facility and training model is built to serve Perform24 members. As a personal training gym, we do not offer open gym access at this time.
