Strength, Speed & Confidence

From first-time athletes to competitive soccer, baseball, football, volleyball, track and field and more - we build movement skills, strength, speed, and confidence in the weight room that last far beyond the season.

Fall 2026 Small Group Training
(Groups begin September 14th)

  • Project: Speed

For kids ages 5-9 years old, this program helps kids build strong movement foundations. We focus on speed, agility, running mechanics, and coordination. We do this all in a fun, non-intimidating environment that encourages confidence and familiarity in a training environment.

  • Project: Strong

For kids ages 10-14 years old, these sessions introduce kids to the weight room and structured strength & performance training. We cover agility, sprint technique, strength fundamentals , and injury prevention. This program is ideal for athletes or beginners who want to get faster, stronger, and more confident. They’ll also build discipline, friendships, and leadership along the way.

Individual Performance Training

Some young athletes require their own training program.

We regularly work with highly competitive youth athletes or athletes with special injury concerns. Some are even earning athletic scholarships. In these cases we build individual programs for them.

Our youth athlete training model mirrors what we use with adults:

  • A structured, individualized plan

  • Coach-led training sessions

  • Data-driven progress and accountability

  • Flexible scheduling around practices, games, and tournaments

We also teach young athletes how to confidently navigate the weight room, understand proper movement mechanics, and train with purpose.

We have seen these skills help our young athletes in the collegiate and even professional levels.
