P24 Project: Strong

Project: Strong prepares young athletes for the physical and mental demands of competitive sports.

As athletes grow, the expectations placed on them increase. Project: Strong helps athletes develop strength, speed, coordination, confidence, and training habits that prepare them to enter high school programs ready to compete. Through expert coaching and a supportive small-group environment, athletes learn how to train the right way while building a foundation for long-term athletic success.

Whether your athlete plans to play high school sports or simply wants to become stronger and more confident, Project: Strong provides a safe, structured introduction to strength training that builds skills they will use for years to come.
