What's Included
Your nutrition coaching program is individualized around your goals, starting point, lifestyle, and progress.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Begin with a comprehensive consultation to review your goals, current habits, nutrition history, and baseline measurements. We'll establish your starting calorie and macronutrient targets and create the initial strategy for your program.
12 Weeks of Progressive Nutrition Coaching
Work through a structured curriculum designed to progressively improve your nutrition knowledge, habits, consistency, and independence.
Weekly Coaching with Coach Tommy
Regular one-on-one coaching gives you an opportunity to review progress, work through challenges, ask questions, and determine what needs to change moving forward.
Twice-Weekly Accountability Check-Ins
We'll regularly review your nutrition, wins, challenges, and adherence so small problems can be addressed before they become big ones.
Personalized Calories & Macronutrients
Your targets are based on you - not a generic template - and can be adjusted throughout the program as your body, habits, and goals change.
Progress & Body Composition Tracking
We'll use objective measurements, including InBody assessments when applicable, alongside habit, lifestyle, and subjective measures to evaluate your progress.
Accountability Checkpoints
Every three weeks, we'll evaluate specific milestones designed around your individual goals and the habits you're developing.
Weekly Nutrition Education
Learn the skills behind sustainable nutrition. We will discuss calories, macros and meal preparation to mindful eating, recovery, hydration, meal timing, navigating social situations, and creating balance.
Your Fourth Month Is Different. By Design.
After completing the 12-week Progressive Nutrition Curriculum, you'll transition into a 4-Week Guided Maintenance Phase for $99.
This isn't simply another month of the same program.
It's a guided transition phase where you put what you've learned into practice, build confidence, and develop the skills to manage your nutrition more independently.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on a nutrition coach forever.
The goal is to help you become really good at managing your own nutrition.
Want Continued Accountability?
After completing your Guided Maintenance Phase, Continued Maintenance Coaching is available for $99/month.
This optional ongoing service is for members who feel confident managing their nutrition but still value the structure, accountability, progress monitoring, and support of having a coach in their corner.
There is no requirement to continue.
If you're ready to manage your nutrition independently, that's a successful outcome too.

What this Program IS. And ISN’T.
This is a 16-week, individualized nutrition coaching program designed to help you build sustainable routines around food, fueling, and lifestyle behaviors.
P24 Nutrition Coaching Is For You If…
You want to lose body fat, improve body composition, or better support your training without following an extreme diet.
You know some nutrition basics but struggle with consistency, accountability, or knowing what to prioritize.
You want an individualized approach based on your goals, lifestyle, habits, and progress—not a generic meal plan.
You want to understand why you're making changes instead of simply being told what to eat.
You’re willing to track, communicate, and actively participate in the coaching process.
You want to build nutrition habits that work around work, family, travel, restaurants, social events, and real life.
You want coaching that eventually helps you become more confident and independent, rather than dependent on a coach forever.
P24 Nutrition Coaching May Not Be For You If…
You're looking for a quick fix, crash diet, detox, or rapid transformation challenge.
You want someone to hand you a rigid meal plan and tell you exactly what to eat at every meal.
You're unwilling to track your nutrition, communicate with your coach, or make changes to your current habits.
You're looking for a program built around restriction, eliminating entire food groups, or labeling foods as “good” and “bad.”
You expect perfect results without consistent effort outside of your coaching sessions.
You're primarily looking for medical nutrition therapy or treatment of a medical condition rather than fitness and lifestyle nutrition coaching.
