P24 Basecamp (Fall 2025)
P24 Basecamp is a preparation hub for physical and mental readiness. Our young athletes will build strength, skills, and resilience as they begin to advance to more demanding stages of their athletic journey.
This 12-week performance training program is designed specifically for athletes between the ages of 9–14 who want to improve their athletic ability, build confidence, and learn how to train the right way.
Held in a small group setting (limited to just 12 participants), athletes receive focused coaching in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each session is intentionally programmed to help young athletes develop the strength, speed, and coordination they need to excel in sports and stay injury-free as they grow.
Athletes have the option to attend 1x per week or 2x per week, depending on their schedule and goals.
Whether your athlete is just getting started or looking to level up for the next season, this program builds the foundation for long-term athletic success.

I had little training experience when I first walked into Perform24. The expertise that all of the trainers posses, combined with the programs that are personalized and created for each client, along with the fun times and laughs that are had in the gym make the experience a 10/10 and 5 stars.
