4 Ways we Cultivate a High Performance Culture

Every day we work with some of the highest performers in their respective fields.

Sure, some of them are athletes, and high performance is a public metric.

However, most of our clients are not competitive athletes. Their high performance is a little more under the radar. Most of our clients run businesses or are top performing professionals in a variety of industries. We train multiple women that are fully committed to being the best mothers they can be while also being powerhouse networkers and influencers within our local community. (Having a 4yr old and a 3yr old myself, and being a small business owner, I know full well this is no small task).

Regardless of the arena, we work with several individuals that are truly world class in their respective field.

Personally, I find it all equally fascinating. While I recognize most of our clients’ accomplishments are due to talents and work done outside our gym, it’s hard not to wonder why these different individuals all mesh seamlessly in a single, unassuming weight room in South Tampa.

Here are 4 elements of our business that I believe are attractive to our members.

1) Effectiveness

This is probably the most obvious, but high performers expect results. Our clients come to us with objectives, and it’s our job to reach it.

We have helped our clients solve tough physical problems and accomplish impressive physical goals. Over the years we have built collective experience to efficiently meet the individual exactly where they are and help them take the next step, or two, or six. Our clients know they can challenge us with special goals and requests.

At the end of the day, a high-performance environment is anchored by results.

2) Flexible Scheduling

High performers don’t waste time.Their days operate efficiently, and most weeks their schedules are full and don’t have much margin.

We have built a training model that accommodates busy schedules. We have a team in place and have developed training systems that allow us to fit into all kinds of logistical shapes. Scheduling is rarely a problem, and it’s controlled 100% by the client.

3) They Aren’t Making Decisions

High performers control virtually every aspect of their world. They call the shots, they make the decisions, they control the throttle.

When they train with us, it’s commonly one of the few areas of their day that they aren’t in control. They show up, we take over, and for one hour they reverse roles and simply follow our coaching.

The mental offload is a massively underestimated dynamic of our training, and it’s one of the most frequent pieces of feedback we receive.

4) They are surrounded by other high performers

This is probably the most important element of Perform24.

High performers are attracted to other high performers. And no matter how relevant we view our own services and systems; the community is the X-Factor. Our clients naturally build relationships amongst themselves. They check in on each other, learn from each other, and share hobbies and interests. They engage with one another.

In many ways, Perform24 is simply a hub that our athletes and clients pass through as they execute on their own mission. I believe most of them enjoy the variety of individuals we train and are inspired by the others’ efforts.

And honestly, that’s exactly the point.

Perform24. If you don’t know what it means yet, I encourage you to dive deeper.

Train hard. Live full.
